Generic Refund Policy Template for Physical Products

Thanks for purchasing our products at operated by Ingolo Technologies.

All purchases come with a 7-day return policy from the date of the original invoice and must be returned complete with all original packaging. Some returns may incur a restocking fee determined at the time of the return. Most items do come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty unless it is a refurbished items. If there is a manufacturer warranty you must contact them for warranty repair or replacement.

The following items are not returnable: Software, Printers, Scanners, Ink Cartridges, toner, refurbished laptops, or refurbished desktops.

All computer systems built by us with our logo sticker on them have a 1-year parts warranty and 1-year labor. If anyone besides us works on the machine the warranty is no longer valid.

All service has a 14-day warranty, this must be reported and repaired within 14 days, warranty is offered by Ingolo, INC DBA Ingolo Technologies, and no other service provider warranty work will be honored without prior authorization from Ingolo, INC DBA Ingolo Technologies, in writing before work is started.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
