Talk to an engineer, not a sales script
Tell us what's breaking, what's slow, or what an auditor just asked you for. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit - and what it would cost.
Send us a message
We reply within one business day, usually much sooner.

See the SLAWhere we work
We serve the whole country remotely, and we can be standing in your server room tomorrow
Roughly 98% of what we do does not require anyone in the building. Out-of-band tools (IP KVMs, remote power, and out-of-band management on the servers and switches) let us work a machine that will not boot from a desk in Chula Vista as if we were in front of it. That is why we take clients nationally.
-
National service, delivered remotely
Helpdesk, monitoring, patching, backup, security, cloud and phone work all happen remotely, on the same schedule and the same SLA no matter which state you are in.
-
98% of it needs no hands on site
IP KVMs and out-of-band management give us keyboard, screen and power on hardware that is down, off or stuck in BIOS. The 2% left is cabling, hardware swaps and things that have to be physically carried.
-
A Southern California presence helps
We recommend clients keep a corporate or headquarters footprint in Southern California. It is where we are, where our bench stock is, and where we can be onsite the same day without an airport involved.
-
Two of our techs are pilots
They hold a share in an aircraft, so when something genuinely needs a person and needs one now, we can put a technician in the air on short notice instead of waiting on a commercial seat.
-
Remote hands where flying makes no sense
For a cable reseat or a drive swap two time zones away, we dispatch vetted remote hands and run the work over their shoulder. You are not paying for a plane ticket to plug in a cable.
-
A dedicated onsite tech, if you are big enough
Over roughly 40 to 50 users at a site, a full-time onsite technician starts to make sense. We hire, manage and back them up, and the rate moves with the skill and experience level the role needs.
