Voice
A phone system that follows your team, not your building
All-in-one business phone service with every feature included and no per-feature upcharges.
One flat price per line. Auto attendant, hunt groups, voicemail-to-email, call recording, texting, CRM integrations, mobile and desktop apps - features included rather than sold as an upgrade tier. On plans carrying more than 80% of the options, the handsets come free.
Because we manage your network too, voice quality is our problem to solve rather than a finger-pointing exercise between vendors.

What changes for your business
-
One number on the invoice
One flat price per line. The receptionist who talks all day costs the same as the warehouse phone that never rings, and the bill reads the same every month.
-
Your desk phone in your pocket
Staff make and take business calls from their mobile with the company number - no personal number on a customer's screen.
-
Moving offices costs nothing
Unplug the phones, plug them in at the new place. No carrier install, no new numbers, no downtime window.
How we deliver it
What actually happens
No vague promises - these are the concrete pieces of work included in the engagement.
-
Call flow design
We map how calls should route (by hour, department, overflow and after-hours) before anything is configured.
-
Provisioning and porting
Handsets provisioned and labeled, existing numbers ported with a same-day cutover and a fallback in place.
-
Network readiness
Voice VLAN, QoS and bandwidth check first - most bad VoIP experiences are actually bad networks.

Who actually runs it
We run the phone system on our own servers. We are not a reseller
Most companies selling you a phone system are a storefront on top of somebody else's platform. When it breaks, they open a ticket with the real owner and wait, exactly like you would have. We own the servers, the trunks and the configuration, so there is nobody between you and the fix.
-
Our hardware, our racks
The platform runs on servers we bought and maintain in data centre space we hold, not on a wholesale account we rent by the seat.
-
Changes happen while you are on the phone
A new extension, a changed call flow, a holiday schedule: we have the admin console open. No vendor ticket queue, no 48-hour turnaround on a two-minute edit.
-
Your call data stays in our custody
Recordings, transcripts and call detail live on infrastructure we control, under a retention policy you set. That matters when a client, an auditor or a lawyer asks where the recordings are.
-
No per-feature upsell
Because we are not paying a wholesaler per feature per seat, we are not passing one on. The feature list above is the product, not the top tier of it.

Frequently asked questions
Can we keep our phone numbers?
Yes. We port them, and we schedule the cutover so calls keep landing during the transition.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Calls fail over to mobile apps or an alternate number automatically, so the phones keep answering even when the office is dark.
Do we need new phones?
Not always - many existing SIP handsets can be reprovisioned. We check your models before quoting hardware. And if your plan carries more than 80% of the options, new handsets are included at no charge.
Which features cost extra?
The feature set is included in the per-line price: auto attendant, hunt groups, business-hours routing, voicemail-to-email, softphone apps and number porting. Call recording, SMS and CRM integrations are options you turn on in the agreement, and we absorb our own licensing on them rather than reselling it as a tier upgrade.
When are the phones free?
When your plan includes more than 80% of the available options. At that point the handsets are part of the service - you are already paying us enough that charging you for hardware would be petty.
Are you reselling somebody else's phone service?
No. We own and operate the servers the phone system runs on, we hold the carrier trunks, and we hold the admin console. Nothing about your account depends on us opening a ticket with a wholesaler and waiting, and no third party holds your recordings or call detail.
Which of the features on this page cost extra?
The routing, voicemail, apps, messaging, meetings, integrations, security and reporting features listed on this page are part of the platform, not an upgrade tier. Usage-based items (outbound minutes past the bundle, extra DIDs, toll-free traffic and long-term recording storage) are metered, and we show you those rates before you sign.
