About us

A San Diego MSP built specifically for small business

Most managed service providers are built to serve mid-market companies and then squeeze small businesses into the same model. We did it the other way around.

Ingolo Technologies exists because small businesses kept getting one of two bad options: an independent technician with no capacity to be proactive, or a large provider whose smallest package assumed a hundred users and an internal IT manager to talk to.

So we built the whole thing as a box: helpdesk, monitoring, patching, security, backup, networking, phones, Microsoft licensing and strategic guidance, delivered as one predictable monthly cost. Average all-in spend across our client base runs about $143 per user, per month — including the computer itself.

The second decision was transparency. Our clients hold their own credentials, read their own documentation and can see every ticket we touch. It removes the leverage that makes changing providers frightening — which we think is exactly why more providers don't do it.

We look at the entire IT picture and provide the strategic leadership that lines technology up with where your business is actually going.

Four commitments we actually keep

  • Show the work

Tickets, documentation, passwords and pricing are all visible to the client. If we wouldn't want you to see it, we shouldn't be doing it.

  • Prevent, then respond

Anyone can bill hours fixing the same outage twice. Our incentive is to make the outage stop happening.

  • Speak plainly

In English or Spanish, without acronyms used as a shield. If a recommendation can't be explained to the owner, it isn't ready.

  • Reinvest locally

10% of our IT service funds go back into San Diego County nonprofits and small businesses. The community is also the client base.

Eight reasons, in their words

  • We are built for small business

Enterprise-level IT at a fraction of enterprise cost. Average all-in client cost is $143 per user, per month — computer, peripherals, helpdesk, antivirus, networking and Microsoft licensing included.

  • Radical transparency

Tickets, passwords and documentation are shared with you 24/7 through your own portal. No hidden information, no gatekeeping, no hostage data.

  • vCIO and vCTO, not just tickets

We look at the entire IT picture and provide strategic leadership that lines technology up with where your business is going.

  • Proactive, not reactive

Monitoring, patching and hardware sensors catch problems before they become outages. We don't wait for things to break.

  • Compliance is our comfort zone

HIPAA, FINRA, PCI, IRS Red Flags, Sarbanes-Oxley, 17 CFR, FDA Part 11 and GSA — with an assigned specialist, automated checks every week and a signed manual review every 90 days.

  • You own what you buy

Unless you lease it from us, every product you purchase is yours — your license, your hardware, your data, at the best price we can source it for. We don't carry balances or hold your assets hostage.

  • Predictable billing, lower prices

A steady monthly check means we carry no collections overhead — and we hand that back: 5% off paid within five days, 10% off prepaid, 20% off paid yearly in advance.

  • We reinvest locally

10% of our IT service funds support local nonprofits and small businesses in San Diego County.

10% back into the community
