What this website collects, in plain language

What we do not do

• We run no analytics or tracking tools on this website.
• We use no advertising or remarketing pixels.
• We load no third-party fonts, maps or chat widgets — everything is served from this domain.
• We do not sell or share your information with anyone.

What we collect when you submit a form

The contact, consultation and portal-access forms collect what you type: name, company, email, phone, number of users, topic and your message. That information is emailed to our team and written to a log on the server so no message is lost if mail delivery fails. It is not stored in any database and is not used for marketing.

The server also keeps a short record tied to your IP address to limit how many submissions can be sent per hour. That is the only anti-spam measure in use: there is no CAPTCHA and no external service.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie, and only if you submit a form: the PHP session cookie, which exists so we can validate the token that stops another website submitting forms in your name. It is strictly necessary, expires when you close your browser, and holds no personal information.

Links to our booking system, helpdesk and documentation portal lead to third-party platforms with their own privacy policies. This notice covers this website only.

Your data as a client

If you are a client, how we handle your environment's data — documentation, credentials, backups and tickets — is governed by your master services agreement, not by this page. You can read everything we document about you at any time through the client portal.
