How we save you money

Straight talk

Costs us nothing — so it costs you nothing

VoIP, website hosting and remote access run on infrastructure we already own and staff. There is no incremental cost to us in adding you to them, so on a bundled plan we include them at no charge and your total drops. Most providers sell all three as line items.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a long-term contract?

There's a service agreement with a defined term, because onboarding is real work we invest up front. What there isn't: hidden auto-escalation, hostage credentials or a penalty for asking what something costs.

What happens if we grow mid-term?

Per-unit pricing means adding a user or a site adjusts the monthly figure by exactly the published rate. No renegotiation, no surprise tier jump.

How does hardware get billed?

Reimbursed hardware purchases carry a 30% markup, stated in the agreement. You can also buy your own and we'll stage and support it.

What's included in the monthly labor?

Each agreement includes a monthly block of support time (0.25 hours per covered user). Beyond that, work bills at your discounted contract rate rather than list.

What is included in the VoIP price?

Auto attendant, hunt groups, business-hours routing, voicemail-to-email, softphone apps and number porting come with the line. Call recording, SMS, CRM integrations and physical handsets are options in the agreement, and our own licensing and carrier costs on them are absorbed rather than billed through.

When are the phones free?

Handsets are included at no charge on any plan carrying more than 80% of the available options.

Who owns the equipment and licenses?

You do. Unless you specifically lease it from us, everything you buy is yours outright — hardware, licenses, domains and data — purchased at the best price we can source. We hold nothing hostage and we carry no balance on your assets.
