Frequently asked questions
Do we have to move everything to the cloud?
No. We move what benefits — email, files, collaboration — and leave heavy or licence-bound applications where they perform best, often on a server we co-locate and manage.
Is Microsoft 365 data backed up?
Microsoft protects its infrastructure, not your mistakes. We add independent backup of mailboxes, OneDrive and SharePoint with retention you control.
