Frequently asked questions
Isn't OneDrive already a backup?
No — sync is not backup. If a file is encrypted or deleted locally, sync faithfully propagates that. Versioning helps briefly; real backup keeps independent, retained copies.
How fast can you get us back up?
It depends on data volume and what has to come back first, which is exactly what the DR test measures. You'll have a real number for your environment, not an average.
