Frequently asked questions
Can you add cameras to our existing network?
Yes, provided there's PoE capacity and we can put them on their own VLAN. If not, that upgrade is part of the quote and stated separately.
Is footage stored in the cloud?
Recording is local on the recorder by default, which keeps bandwidth and cost down. Cloud copies of selected footage can be added if you need off-site retention.
