How do we reach the server after it moves?
Site-to-site VPN or published services with MFA, depending on the application. For most users nothing changes except that it's faster and doesn't go down in a heat wave.
Can we visit our hardware?
Yes, escorted access is arranged in advance. In practice most clients never need to — remote hands handles the physical work.
