Frequently asked questions
Can you take over licences we bought elsewhere?
Yes, in most cases we can transfer them to our CSP agreement at renewal, or run alongside until the current term ends.
Will we lose email during migration?
No. Mail is synchronized before cutover and continues to flow during it. We verify mailbox-by-mailbox before we retire the old system.
