Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between the two prices?
With equipment, we supply, own and replace the hardware as part of the monthly fee. Without, you own it and we manage and maintain it — the monthly price is lower but replacement is your cost.
Do you handle internet failover?
Yes. For sites that can't tolerate downtime we add a second circuit or cellular failover with automatic cutover, tested on a schedule.
