The company came to us paying separately for support, phones, networking and backup. Nobody owned the whole environment, so every incident started with an argument about whose problem it was.
What we proposed
A Gold agreement priced at $220 per user per month at standard rates, discounted to $195 for the committed term. The 24/7 helpdesk that normally runs $45 per user and VoIP phones with service that normally run $35 per line were both folded into that number rather than billed on top.
Onboarding is genuinely expensive work — discovery, documentation, remediation. We list it at $1,000 per user and reduce it to $500 per user on a standard agreement. On a three-year agreement we waive it entirely and apply a further 15% savings.
What they get on an ongoing basis
- Real-time ticket status, so nobody has to call to ask whether the ticket was seen.
- Detailed invoicing that lines up with the rate card, not a lump sum.
- Quarterly management meetings to review spend, risk and what's coming.
- 24/7 access to their own documentation — credentials, network diagrams, asset inventory — through our secure portal.
